I just want to bitch about something.
I'm not a real animator, ok. I know that. STOLI isn't a flash animation, it's not even really "animated", but it's still art. I hate flash. I watch a lot of flash cartoons and use flash because it's what's used in EVERYTHING but overall, I hate flash and I hope it dies a horrible painful death, like a grandmother being pushed down the stairs then run over by a car that for some reason is driving through the living room. Then the house catches fire. Then bears eat them. I hope that happens to flash. Every single fucking ad I see online is made in flash and they slow down my fucking browser, and I can't do a single damn thing because they just freeze everything to a crawl. I get a frame a second because of flash ads, and they're always flash ads for things like "Shoot the baby, win an iPod!". Well, if you're hoping that I'd shoot a baby just for an iPod, then you have to rethink your strategy, because that's terrible. Now, if it was for a Lexus...we may be in business here.
Overall, I just want flash to go away. I want us to all convert to something better, some easier, something that doesn't fucking kill my browser. And what sucks is that I use tabs, and I have about 6 or 7 open at a time. Facebook, e-mail, music, blog or whatever else, and when my browser crashes because of your stupid flash animation ad, guess what? It doesn't save my tabs! So I lose everything that's open, which REALLY sucks if it's stuff I've only just discovered and haven't bookmarked yet!!
We need to switch folks. That's all I gotta say.
